These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between gpwin ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the gpwin website and its associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, bingo, promotions, and customer support.

By completing the registration process on gpwin, clicking "I Agree" on any registration or login screen, or by simply accessing and using any part of the gpwin platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to use the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by gpwin or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR. If you are currently self-excluded, you must not attempt to register or access the platform.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on gpwin. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

To access the full range of gpwin services, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by gpwin for identity verification purposes.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gpwin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. gpwin will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and gpwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify gpwin support immediately via live chat. gpwin will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of the investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC): gpwin is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Deposits: gpwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed in the platform's cashier section. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified in the cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. gpwin aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the cashier section. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed all applicable KYC verification requirements. Additionally, any bonus funds credited to your account must have met the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. gpwin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Currency: All transactions on the gpwin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). gpwin is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. gpwin reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as specified in the platform's fee schedule. You will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied.

gpwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus Elig ibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gpwin reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any other form of bonus abuse, will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Live dealer games, table games, and certain other game categories may contribute at a lower rate or may not contribute at all. The specific contribution rates for each game category are published in the promotion terms.

Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or hand. Placing bets that exceed the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The applicable maximum bet amount is specified in each promotion's terms.

All games available on the gpwin platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

Random Number Generation: All non-live games on gpwin use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. The RNG systems used by gpwin's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated in any way.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, gpwin reserves the right to void any affected game rounds and return the wagered amounts to the players' accounts. gpwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the wagered amount. The decision of gpwin's technical team regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final.

Disconnection: gpwin is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's end. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play, particularly in live dealer games where disconnection may result in an automatic stand or fold depending on the game rules.

Game History: A record of your game history is maintained in your gpwin account and is available for review at any time. If you believe there is a discrepancy in your game history, you must notify gpwin support within 30 days of the relevant game session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gpwin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live dealer games.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with gpwin support.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gpwin staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

All content on the gpwin platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other materials, is the exclusive property of gpwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gpwin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

The gpwin name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of gpwin. You may not use any gpwin trademark, trade name, or logo without the prior written consent of gpwin.

gpwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the gpwin platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gpwin collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of platform services. gpwin does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gpwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

gpwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gpwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gpwin does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. gpwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or security breaches that are beyond gpwin's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gpwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

gpwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other gpwin policy.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Determination that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or security verification requirements.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting gpwin support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the gpwin platform, including game outcomes, bonus terms, withdrawal processing, or account management, you should follow the dispute resolution process outlined below:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint to gpwin's customer support team via live chat. Provide as much detail as possible, including your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 – Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the support level, you may request a formal review by gpwin's compliance team. gpwin's decision on any dispute regarding game outcomes, where the RNG or live dealer system has functioned correctly, shall be final and binding. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game session.

gpwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gpwin will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the gpwin platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the gpwin website. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the gpwin platform shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such action in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit gpwin's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
